1. Account and API keys
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your API keys. Keep keys private, do not embed them in client-side code, and revoke any key you believe has leaked. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use.
2. Credits and billing
- The service is prepaid in credits. 1 credit = $0.005.
- Each model has a published unit price. Credits are held when you submit a task and settled against actual usage when it ends.
- If a task fails, the full amount held for it is returned automatically.
- We may change prices. A change applies only to tasks submitted after it takes effect, and we will announce it in advance.
- Credits can only be used within the service and cannot be transferred to another account. To ask about a refund of an unused balance, contact us.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- create or distribute content that is illegal, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- create sexual content involving minors, or intimate imagery of real people without their consent;
- impersonate real people or create deceptive media intended to mislead;
- harass, threaten, or defraud others;
- interfere with or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or get around rate limits or billing;
- violate the usage policies of the upstream model providers.
4. Your content
You keep your rights in the inputs you submit and, to the extent the law allows, in the results generated for you. You grant us only the rights needed to process them to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to your inputs and for how you use the results.
Generated results can be inaccurate or unexpected, and may resemble content generated for others. Review them before relying on them.
5. Result files
Result files are available for 30 days from task creation and are then deleted permanently. The service is not a storage service: download or copy anything you need before it expires.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless we have agreed to it in writing. We may add, change, or retire models and features. When retiring a model we will try to give reasonable notice.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where practical we will tell you first. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
